Bombay Sapphire Gin
One of the world’s most recognised spirits created with ten precious botanicals resulting in a broader, more balanced flavour. The process of which Bombay Sapphire is created makes it a unique product. The Vapour Infusion process is utilised; meaning the botanicals used in the gin are kept separate from the spirit, flavours are then released once the heated vapours have risen. This infusion process allows the botanicals to release their lighter and more floral taste creating a fresh and lively gin.
Anno Kent Dry Gin
Produced in the beautiful Kentish countryside allows the wonderful flavoured botanicals to be sourced from the Garden of England. The Kentish flavours are merged with citrus elements along with traditional botanicals to fuse the herbal, citrus and floral notes together and create a complexity of flavours which grow as you sip.
Martin Miller's Gin uses a double distillation technique and nine classic botanicals, it is soft on the palate and has a gentle delivery of juniper notes, making it the perfect gin for martinis and gin and tonics.
Bramley & Gage 6 O'Clock Sloe Gin is made in small batches using hand-picked, wild, hedgerow sloes. The intense fruit flavour of this traditional classic is achieved by using a high sloe to gin ratio, plenty of sugar, then patiently and slowly maturing for at least 6 months.
