May Cocktail Club Box revealed...

This month we have quite a fizz-fest, so get ready to celebrate the beginnings of summer with these sparkling cocktails to make your tastes buds tingle.

First up is a Cape 17 featuring Whitley Neill handcrafted dry gin, Sovereign No.1 Elderflower & Gooseberry Liqueur and a well deserved portion of Prosecco. This cocktail will enliven your tastebuds which can only be experienced by tasting.

Next comes a Ginger 43: mix Licor 43 with the Folkington's Ginger Beer, but don't stop there... add a squeeze of lime to top your tipple off with some extra zesty goodness.

The summer slider will be an absolute winner, combining the wonderfully handcrafted Whitley Neill Gin with Bramley & Gage's Slider Fruit Cup and Folkington's Sicilian Lemonade not only sounds amazing but tastes even better!

The final cocktail, Berri Vanilli, combines everything you have ever wished for into one champagne flute. The balance of elderflower sweetness and a gooseberry tang from Sovereign No. 1 liqueur mixed with the wonderfully layered flavours of Licor 43 is unreal, however as soon as you add Vino Spumante Prosecco... it takes the cocktail onto a whole new level!
