This summer is all about Rum.

London is even hosting “Cocktails in the city”, 25 of London’s bars will set up pop-up style cocktail bars in Central London on the weekend of July 18th-19th for Cocktails In The City, packed with summer rum cocktails.

And even the notorious Huffington Post is jumping on the bandwagon with their story on ‘A Spicy Ginger Rum Cocktail for the Happiest Happy Hour’:
