Subscription Boxes T&Cs

1. Introduction
Welcome to the MicroBarBox Monthly Cocktail Subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

2. Subscription Details
a. The Monthly Cocktail Subscription costs £39.99 per month.
b. Each box contains a selection of 4x 50ml Spirits and 1x 200ml spirit, A range of snack options, A recipe card and other related items, which change every month.
c. The contents of the box are curated by MicroBarBox and are subject to availability.

d. Subscriptions are charged monthly on the date of the original purchase.

3. Delivery
a. Subscription boxes are delivered twice a month:

  • Orders placed within the first two weeks of the month will be dispatched mid-month.

  • Orders placed after the first two weeks will be dispatched at the end of the month.
    b. Delivery is available only within the UK.
    c. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. MicroBarBox is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers.
    d. Subscribers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date shipping information. MicroBarBox is not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address details.

e. If the package is returned due to non-collection or incorrect address, additional fees may apply for re-shipment.

4. Payments and Renewals
a. Payments are automatically charged monthly on the date of original purchase via the payment method provided at checkout.
b. Failure to process payment may result in suspension or cancellation of the subscription.
c. Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Any price change will be communicated in advance.

d. Subscribers may update their payment details via their account portal.

5. Cancellation and Refunds
a. Subscribers may cancel at any time before their next billing date through their online account or by contacting our customer support team.
b. Once a payment has been processed, refunds will not be issued.
c. Cancellations apply to future payments; no refunds will be provided for boxes already dispatched.

d. In the event of a defective or damaged box, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

6. Age Restriction
a. This subscription is only available to customers aged 18 and over.
b. By subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
c. Deliveries may require age verification upon receipt. Failure to provide valid proof of age may result in non-delivery without refund.

7. Allergies and Consumption Responsibility
a. Some products may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, or other ingredients. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to check the ingredients list provided in each box.
b. MicroBarBox is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from the consumption of the items included.
c. Please drink responsibly. MicroBarBox encourages responsible alcohol consumption and adherence to UK alcohol laws.

8. Changes to Subscription Terms
a. MicroBarBox reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
b. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes in advance.
c. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
