What is MicroBarBox?
MicroBarBox creates beautifully boxed cocktail and mocktail experiences, featuring curated spirits, mixers, and treats. Each box is ready to gift or enjoy, bringing the fun of the cocktail bar to your door.
Are your cocktails ready to drink?
Most of our boxes include spirits and mixers ready for you to break out your mixology skills and follow our easy to use recipe cards. It’s all part of the fun! Some items in our Bottle Shop are ready-to-drink bottled cocktails.
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
Absolutely. We have mocktail boxes featuring premium alcohol-free spirits and mixers, perfect for non-drinkers or anyone wanting a sophisticated sip without the alcohol.
Are your products suitable for vegans or those with dietary restrictions?
Many of our products are vegan-friendly, but ingredients vary between boxes. Check individual product pages for dietary details or contact our customer service team if you have specific requirements.
Can I choose what goes into my box?
Currently, our boxes are pre-curated for the best experience and value. However, our Bottle Shop lets you build your own collection of premium spirits and mixers.
Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply add your chosen box or bottles to your cart, head to checkout, and follow the prompts. It’s quick and secure!
Do you offer free gift messages?
Yes! You can add a personalised gift message on the product page, which will be included inside the box.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Klarna. Klarna lets you spread the cost of your purchase or pay later, subject to eligibility. Perfect if you’d like to treat someone now and settle up later!
Can I change or cancel my order?
We work fast to dispatch orders quickly. If you need to amend or cancel, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to help.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Unfortunately, we’re not currently able to ship internationally due to alcohol licensing.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to ship your items the same working day on orders placed before 2pm. Orders placed after this or at weekends and on bank holidays will be shipped the next working day. Delivery can range from next day to four days depending on the delivery method chosen at checkout. During peak seasons this may extend slightly.
Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?
Yes, you can select your delivery date at checkout. There is a delivery fee of £6.95 for selecting an advanced delivery date.
Is delivery discreet?
Your box is shipped in plain outer packaging without pricing, so it’s safe to send directly to your recipient.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you’ll receive a tracking link once your box has shipped via email or from the order status page in your account.

Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be delighted with your order! We offer a 30-day returns window for unused, unopened items. If you change your mind or aren’t completely happy, we’ll help sort it.
How do I return my order?
- Contact us at hello@microbarbox.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm your return request and provide instructions.
- Return the items in their original condition and packaging to the address provided.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund promptly to your original payment method.
Are there any items I can’t return?
Due to the nature of food and drink products, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or partially used, unless there’s a fault or damage.
My box arrived damaged — what do I do?
We’re so sorry! Please email us at hello@microbarbox.com with photos of the damage, and we’ll replace the affected items or arrange a refund.
Subscriptions
What’s included in the MicroBarBox Subscription?
Each month, you’ll receive a new selection of premium spirits, mixers, and treats, letting you discover new cocktails and flavours from the comfort of home.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes! Our subscription makes a fantastic gift. You will be in control of the subscription, allowing you to pause or cancel it at any time. Ensure the shipping address is for the intended recipient.
Can I skip a month or cancel?
Of course. You’re in control and can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account.
How do I manage my subscription?
Once you’ve logged into your account, you can control everything yourself — we promise it’s easy. You’ll see when your next deliveries are planned., at the top of your dashboard. Going on a trip and want to skip your next delivery? Easy. Click the Skip order; below that, you’ll see an Edit button. Click that and you’ll be able to change which products or flavours you receive. Customise the frequency of your orders by clicking on Edit in the 'Subscription Plan' section. You can also put your subscription on pause or cancel it.
Is it possible to customise my subscription or add/ remove items?
Our subscription boxes are carefully curated in partnership with the very best breweries, distilleries and suppliers across the World. These are planned in advance to give you a new and exciting experience each month. We also want the experience to be a welcome surprise and a chance for you to explore new and exciting flavours. Therefore at this time we are unable to customise specific items within the subscription box.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
Your card will be charged when the order is processed. Subscription orders are processed on the day that they’re scheduled to ship. You can view your next scheduled shipping date in your account under 'Manage Subscriptions.’
How do I update my billing information?
Once logged into your account, click on ‘Payment Methods’ on the sub-navigation menu. Then click on the ‘Edit Payment Method’ button. The system will send you an email with a link to edit your payment details in Shopify. After you click on the link in the email, you will see a button titled ‘change.’ Here you can edit your card info or add a new payment option.

Our Bottle Shop features premium spirits and mixers, many exclusive to MicroBarBox or hard to find in supermarkets. Perfect for building your own bar or topping up your favourites.
Can I add bottles to a gift box order?
Yes — feel free to add extras to your cart along with your gift box for an even bigger surprise.

Do you offer corporate gifting or bulk discounts?
