**Terms of Service**  

**1. Delivery**
We currently deliver only to the United Kingdom. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following delivery terms:

- **Super Saver UK Shipping**: £3.95 – Delivery within 2-4 working days (mainland UK only).
- **Express Shipping**: £5.95 – Delivery within 1-2 working days (mainland UK only).
- **Next Working Day Shipping**: £7.95 – Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be delivered the next working day (mainland UK only). This service does not operate on weekends or bank holidays.
- **Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands**: Standard shipping charge of £6.95 for all deliveries. Delivery may take an additional 1-2 working days. Next Working Day Shipping is not available for these locations.
- **Free Shipping**: Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping to a single address in mainland UK.
- **Advanced Order Date**: £6.95 – Customers can select a 2-day delivery window 4-6 weeks in advance.
- **Shipping Calculator**: Customers can enter their delivery postcode at checkout to confirm shipping costs. Some remote areas may have higher costs or may not be eligible for Next Working Day Shipping.

**2. Returns and Refunds**  
We offer a no-quibble return and refund policy within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please adhere to the following conditions:

- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Customers must include order details, name, and address for processing the return.
- Once the returned items are received and verified, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

**3. Late or Missing Refunds**  
If a refund has not been received:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur.

**4. Sale Items**  
Refunds for sale items will be issued at the sale purchase price as per the original order.

**5. Return Shipping**  
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on location.
- If returning an item valued over £75, customers should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
