**Purchase Options and Cancellations Policy**  

**1. Purchase Options**  
Customers can place orders through our online store. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay

Upon placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order but serves as acknowledgment of receipt. Orders are considered accepted once they are dispatched.

**2. Order Cancellations**  
We understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel an order. Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

- Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via our live chat or email at **hello@microbarbox.com**.
- If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, customers may return the item in accordance with our **Returns Policy**.
- If a cancellation request is received and processed before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

**3. Amendments to Orders**  
- If customers wish to make changes to an order (such as updating the shipping address or modifying items), they should contact us as soon as possible.
- Amendments can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
- Once an order has been processed for dispatch, no changes can be made.

**4. Failed or Rejected Deliveries**  
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, the order may be returned to us.
- If a customer refuses a delivery, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Reshipment of a failed delivery may require an additional shipping charge.
